4th - 5th Grade Flour Power
Meets on campus from 9am to 12pm, Wednesday - August 6th
Led by Ashley O'Neil, Center staff member
This is part of the Week of Making series of daily STEM activities and is open to 4th and 5th grade students.
We’ll be putting a maker twist on the traditional bread making by experimenting with color, proofing techniques, and design with bread. We’ll fold, twist, and shape loaves into unique designs and make our own infused butters to complement our carb-art.
Please keep in mind that student interest in the topic enhances not only their experience, but also that of their fellow campers.
If financial barriers would limit your participation, please email us at cese@cmich.edu to talk about how we can make our programs accessible for you.
