This is part of the Week of Making series of daily STEM activities and is open to 4th and 5th grade students.
Design and paint your personalized barn quilt. Your design will come to life on a wood canvas that you can display on your home or barn. Deb is a local artist and owner of Brush with Bravata. She has been commissioned to create murals across the state. She has designed and painted many of the barn quilt panels seen on barns throughout mid Michigan. She currently offers art classes through her business Brushwithbravata@gmail.com for more information on private classes.
Please keep in mind that student interest in the topic enhances not only their experience, but also that of their fellow campers.
If financial barriers would limit your participation, please email us at cese@cmich.edu to talk about how we can make our programs accessible for you.
