Plants and Pollinators (4-6)

4th - 6th Grade
Meets on campus from 9am to 12pm, August 8
Led by Kaitlynn, a Chippewa Nature Center naturalist

Unique things happen in nature each season. Through hands-on activities and exploration, students will consider how these seasons impact different ecosystems. Learn about the traits, diversity, and importance of insects and how you can use visible characteristics of animals to practice your classification skills! Join us on campus as a Chippewa Nature Center naturalist leads this unforgettable animal experience! Please keep in mind that student interest in the topic enhances not only their experience, but also that of their fellow campers.

If financial barriers would limit your participation, please email us at cese@cmich.edu to talk about how we can make our programs accessible for you.
