Join us to learn new esports skills and play Smash Bros or Rocket League with a community of girls. The CMU esports team, the Center for Excellence in STEM Education and Lead (formerly Self Love Beauty) are teaming up to offer middle and high school girls an opportunity to connect with each other through esports. The day begins at 9 AM with activities by Lead and esports skills taught by the CMU esports team. Lunch will be provided at the residence hall cafeteria and the afternoon will feature esports game play.
This event is supported by a regional grant from Million Girls Moonshot.
