In this workshop you’ll learn how to consider standards and create STEAM activities that are engaging and practical for your classroom. Work with Amy Hindbaugh-Marr, K - 5 STEAM teacher. In the first two sessions, she’ll share the process she’s used to build 5 years of curriculum for her classes, and give you practice tips and activities to use right away. In the third session, you’ll bring an activity or resource that you want to build on and collaborate with the group to walk away with a STEAM lesson that is perfect for your classroom!

$150 stipend available for teachers in Clare, Gladwin, Isabella, Gratiot, Bay, Saginaw, Midland, and Arenac Counties. Participants will also be able to apply for grants to financially support their STEAM Activities during the school year.
