This is an application of interest for the Chippewa Nature Center Camp - Naturalist in Training. You will be notified if you are receiving a spot in camp no later than Friday, May 14th. The camp fee is $25 (valued at $160).

It is open to students in grades 6-8. Families are responsible for transportation and a bag lunch. The camp begins at 9:30 AM daily and ends at 3:30 PM.

This is a face-to-face camp only and does take place outdoors. The camp has room for 10 participants.

Naturalists in Training will have you exploring science through a variety of projects. Research an ecosystems’ biodiversity using citizen science, perform a stream study in the river, and train with a CNC naturalist on the care and handling of native animals.
