Nature Explorers at Chippewa Nature Center
This is an application of interest for the Nature Explorers camp at the Chippewa Nature Center. You will be notified if you are receiving a spot in camp no later than Friday, May 14th. The camp fee is $25 (valued at $160).
It is open to students in grades 3 - 5. Families are responsible for transportation and a bag lunch. The camp begins at 9:30 AM daily and ends at 3:30 PM.
This is a face-to-face camp only and does take place outdoors. The camp has room for 10 participants.
It’s time to get down and dirty and learn about the natural treasures in the woods, fields and ponds. You will become explorers as you discover the elements of the food web all around them. Beginning with the sun, you will complete challenges as you move through the energy cycle, exploring predators, prey, and decomposers along the way!
